Refund policy
All our pieces are made to order with custom embroidery, so we only accept exchanges if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once the issue is approved, we will provide either an exchange or a credit note of the same value.
How to Request an Exchange

- Share an unboxing video along with clear photos showing the issue.
- Once approved, the product will undergo a quality check before processing the exchange.
Important Guidelines
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- Requests raised after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Items that are worn, washed, altered, or improperly packed may not qualify for an exchange.
- We appreciate your understanding and support. It helps us keep our process fair and maintain quality for every order.
