1. Can I return or exchange my order?

At Zodyan, we take great care in crafting every piece, and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right — such as a product that’s damaged, defective, or incorrect — we’re here to help.

If you receive such an item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +91 8295250077 or via email at zodyanstudios@gmail.com.


To make the process smooth, kindly share an unboxing video along with clear photos showing the issue (damage, defect, or missing product).

Once your request is approved, we’ll inspect the returned item through our quality check (QC) process. After that, you’ll receive a credit note for the same value, sent directly to your registered email address.

A few important things to keep in mind:

  • The damage or defect must be clearly visible in the shared photos for your request to be accepted.
  • Please make sure to report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order, as we’re unable to process claims after this period.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all safety materials. If the product is not packed properly or appears tampered with, it may not qualify for a return.
  • Returns won’t be accepted if the product has been worn, washed, cleaned, or altered in any way.
  • Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a replacement or a credit note. If the item doesn’t pass QC, we’ll send it back to you.
  • For partial COD orders, the COD amount is non-refundable.

We value your understanding and cooperation — every return helps us continue to improve while keeping our process fair and transparent.

2. When will I receive my refund or credit note?

Once your return request is approved, our delivery partner will pick up the product. After it reaches our warehouse and passes QC, your refund or credit note will be issued. Refunds (if applicable) are usually processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and gift cards/credit notes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
