Our Story

It all started back in my design days when I was just a design student, lost somewhere between designing logos, posters, finding colors, and late-night ideas, trying to figure out what “my thing” really was. I had been creating for years  - designing, drawing, clicking, editing - learning everything I could about art and aesthetics. But deep down, I was searching for something more. Something that truly connected my skills, my passion, and my purpose; my Ikigai.

Over time, I began to realize that design isn’t just about how things look, it’s about how they feel when mixed with something real, like clothing. I’ve always believed that what we wear should quietly express who we are, not scream for attention but not fade into the crowd either. Yet, the more I looked around, the more I saw a gap. Clothes were either too loud to feel authentic or too minimal to feel alive. I wanted something that spoke to people like me - thoughtful, creative, and independent -  people who find beauty in balance.

That’s when I found embroidery. It felt different, real, raw, and honest. Unlike prints that fade or factory-made designs that all look the same, embroidery had a soul. Every stitch carried time, patience, and a human touch ; something you could feel even before you saw it. It wasn’t just decoration; it was expression. A slower art form in a fast-moving world.

For months, I learned everything about clothes, fabrics, threads, the fashion industry, website development - everything needed to build my own clothing brand, solo. That’s how Zodyan was born: from a desire to turn craft into purpose, to connect design with meaning. Zodyan may not be perfect, but it will keep growing, keep improving, and most importantly, it will stay timeless, unlike fast-paced fashion brands that come and go.

Zodyan is for people who think deeply, create freely, and wear their confidence quietly. For those who, like me, are on their journey of finding their Ikigai and expressing it, one stitch at a time. Handcrafted energy — made by artist, not by trend.

We are here, serving our purpose.
